Privacy Policy
Last updated 29 August 2026
Oddly Good (“we”, “us”) builds and operates AI agents for Australian small and medium businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you complete a form on this site, book an audit, or email us, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number where provided, and whatever you choose to tell us about your business.
Information we collect automatically. Standard web server and analytics data — pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and referring page.
Client service data. When you engage us, we process the data needed to deliver the service — for example, contact records for outbound campaigns, website analytics, search performance data, or call and booking records for the front-desk agent. This data remains yours; we process it on your instructions.
Why we collect it
To respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver and support the services you have engaged us for, meet our legal obligations, and improve how our services work. We do not sell personal information.
Marketing and the Spam Act
Where we send commercial electronic messages, we do so consistently with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Every message identifies us and includes a functional unsubscribe. If you opt out, we record that suppression so you are not contacted again.
Who we share it with
We use third-party providers to run our business and deliver services, including hosting, workflow automation, email, search and analytics platforms, and large language model providers. These providers only receive what they need to perform their function. We do not disclose personal information to anyone else except where you have consented, or where we are required or authorised by law.
Overseas disclosure
Our team and parts of our infrastructure operate from India, and some of our service providers store or process data in the United States and the European Union. By engaging us you acknowledge that your information may be accessed from, or stored in, those locations. We take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with this policy wherever it sits.
Security and retention
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. We keep information only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or for as long as the law requires, and then delete or de-identify it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookies
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.
Accessing and correcting your information
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. We will respond within a reasonable period. There is no charge for making a request, though we may charge a reasonable fee for the work involved in supplying a large volume of information.
Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, contact us first and we will investigate and respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always sits at this URL with the date it was last updated.
